Funeral Services for Genaro Diaz, 84 of Palm Coast will be held on Friday October 24 2008 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home, 511 Old Kings Road S. Flagler Beach FL 32136. Burial will follow in Flagler Palms Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Diaz, a resident of Palm Coast for the past six years passed away on Wednesday October 22, 2008 at his residence. He was born in Puerto Rico, September 7, 1924 a son of the Genaro and Amelia Diaz. He was a retired machinist and enjoyed farming. He was a member of the First Hispanic Baptist Church of Palm Coast.

Surviving are his wife of 54 years Aurea (Colon) Diaz, two daughters, Vivian Alcazar of Palm Coast and Annette Diaz of Derby Ct., a son Genaro "Jimmy" Diaz of Bridgeport CT. and three grandchildren.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Hospice of Volusia-Flagler 3800 Woodbriar Trace, Port Orange FL.

Arrangements are in the care and trust of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home.
