Rhea H. Dobson, 70, of 600 N. Moore St., Bunnell, was buried yesterday in Hope Cemetery with Rev. Hollis Bass, Bunnell First Baptist Church, officiating.

Mrs. Dobson was the mother of Bette McDaniel, who worked at the Flagler Tribune for more than 12 years as editor, business manager and advertising manager. Mrs. McDaniel retired in January.

Mrs. Dobson was born in Cambridge, Mass. She moved to Flagler County 35 years ago from Daytona Beach. She was a retired beautician.

Survivors, in addition to Mrs. McDaniel of Painters Hill, include her husband, Dave, Bunnell; a son, Owen Shelton, Ocala, and four grandchildren.
