Friedrich Karl Dressler, 68, of Cottonwood Court, who designed and installed large-scale printing presses for KBA International all over the United States, died Friday at home. 

Mr. Dressler, a native of Cuxhaven, Germany, moved here in 2000 from York, Pa. He also formerly worked as a mechanical engineer who aided in the construction of nuclear power plants in Australia and England. He was a member of St. Thomas Episcopal Church, Flagler Symphonic Society and Palm Coast Yacht Club. An accomplished violinist, Mr. Dressler also enjoyed boating. 

Survivors include his wife of 47 years; Rosel; a son, Gregory, Ann Arbor, Mich.; a sister, Carmen Antoniades, Frankfort, Germany; and two grandchildren.
