Funeral services, for Mrs. Maude Durrance, 40, wife of Everett Durrance of Bunnell, were Sunday afternoon from the Bunnell Baptist Church, with Bishop Woodrow Tilton of the Mormon Church of Palatka in charge. He was assisted by Elder Lawrence. Burial followed in Hope Cemetery.

Mrs. Durrance was killed in an automobile accident on State Highway 100 about five miles west of Bunnell about 10 o'clock last Thursday morning. She was driving a pickup truck from Bimini to Bunnell when the accident occurred. She apparently was thrown from the truck which overturned and pinned her under it in a ditch.

Her three-year-old grandson, Wayne Allman, was riding with her and was thrown clear of the truck and was found walking on the highway a short distance from the scene of the accident. He received minor cuts and bruises and suffered from shock.

Mrs.. Durrance is survived by her husband, Everett Durrance; one son, Eugene; four daughters, Mrs. Ben Sparkman, Mrs. Robert Allman, Frankie and Marsha, all of Bunnell; her father, Eddie Yelvington of Miami. Also surviving are two grandchildren, one brother, one sister, one half-sister and one half-brother.
