A funeral service for Phyllis A. Erskine, 45, of Palm Coast will be celebrated on Tuesday, May 13, 2014, 12:00PM at the chapel of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home. 511 Old Kings Rd South Flagler Beach. Interment will follow at Flagler Palms Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit on Tuesday from 10:00AM until service time.

Phyllis passed away on May 7, 2014. She was born on December 31, 1968 in Liberty, NY.  She operated Miss Phyllis Daycare Services in Palm Coast for several years. She loved to take care of young children and singing. Phyllis will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Frances A. Schrader.

Survivors include her loving husband of 23 years, Tony; children, Amanda of Tallahassee, Apryl of Palm Coast, Charles of Palm Coast; father, Gary Kleingardner of Ocala; sister, Tina Ocasio of St. Cloud; brother Garry Kleingardner Jr. of Tampa.

Donations in her memory may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
