Dr. Rita S. Eustaquio, 76, of Palm Coast, a retired dentist, died Feb. 24 at home. 

Dr. Eustaquio was horn in the Philippines, and moved to this area in 1994 from Queens, N.Y.

She was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church and the Lay, Carmelite of Mother Seton. She enjoyed volunteering at outreach programs and sponsoring scholarships for indigent students in the Philippines.

Survivors include a son, Edwin, Farmingdale, N.Y.; three daughters, Georgina Eustaquio, Palm Coast, Theresa Heiser, Monroe Township; N.J., and Regina Eustaquio, San Bruno, Calif.; a brother, Victor Sarmiento, Queens, N.Y.; four sisters, Josie Araneta, Palm Coast, Lourdes Aherin, Queens, Anna LeRoy, Brooklyn, N.Y., and Angela Sarmiento, Ellenville, N.Y.; and six grandchildren.
