Funeral service for Rosa Faria, 67, Palm Coast, who passed from this world to a better place on Monday, Feb. 13, 2006, at her home will be held Saturday, Feb. 18, at 11 a.m. at the Palm Coast Praise Church, 1686 Highway 100, Palm Coast. The family will receive friends Friday from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the chapel of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home, 511 Old Kings Road S., Flagler Beach.

Rosa was born in Figueira da Foz, Portugal, a daughter of the late Antonio and Conceicao Figuerido. She was a member of the Palm Coast Praise Ministries and enjoyed crocheting and cleaning. Rosa was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was always helping others and was a good friend to many who will miss her. She loved the Lord.

Surviving are her husband of 45 years, Fernando; daughter and son-in-law, Celia and Jeffrey Whitefield, Palm Coast; son and daughter-in-law, Paul and Marianne Faria, Union N.J.; three grandchildren, Sofia and Brianna Whitefield and Johnny Isello; sister, Maria Cunha, Spotswood, N.J.; and brothers, Manuel Figuerido, Linden, N.J., and Jose Figuerido, Cova, Portugal.

The family suggests contributions to Hospice of Palm Coast, 149 S. Ridgewood Ave, #400, Daytona Beach FL 32114.
