RENDON -- Patricia P. Frazier, 79, loving mother and grandmother, passed away Monday, Sept. 6, 2004. 

Memorial service: private service later. 

Patricia was born March 25, 1925, in Morristown, Tenn., one of 12 children. She was preceded in death by her husband, Woodrow Frazier. She was a homemaker and Christian lady who loved her Lord and family. 

Survivors: Children, Tom, Terry, Susan, Sandy, Linda, Gary and Kim; 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
