PALM COAST -- Joseph Lawrence Frederick, 83, of Cedar View Court, a retired marketing manager for RCA Corp., died Tuesday at Memorial Hospital-Flagler, Bunnell. 

Mr. Frederick was born in Philadelphia and came here 11 years ago from Ocean City, N.J. A retired Navy commander, he was a member of St. Mark-by-the-Sea Lutheran Church. 

Survivors include his wife, Hope; a daughter, Dr. Barbara Forbes, Evans Mills, N.Y.; a sister, Joy Bailey, Hadden Heights, N.J.; and two grandchildren.
