PALM COAST -- Mary Furtner, 95, of Bannerwood Lane, a seamstress at Lenox Hill Hospital, Manhattan, N.Y., from 1942 until retiring in 1972, died Tuesday at Beverly Healthcare Palm Coast. 

Mrs. Furtner was born in Germany and came here in 1999 from Manhattan. She enjoyed baking. 

Survivors include a daughter, Marion Schoen, Palm Coast; and two grandchildren.
