Marie Giardina

A Funeral Mass celebrating the life of Marie Giardina, 95 of Palm Coast will be held on Friday October 29, 2010 in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 4600 Belle Terre Parkway. Entombment will follow in Flagler Palms Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Thursday October 28 from 2:00 to 6:00 PM in the Memorial Room of the Church.

Mrs. Giardina, a resident of Palm Coast since 1985 passed away on Monday October 25, 2010 at her residence. She was born in Manhattan NY, August 1, 1915 a daughter of the late Fortunato and Caroline Pepe Santalucia. Mrs. Giardina was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church and enjoyed playing bingo, doing ceramics, and playing the scratch off lottery.

Preceding her in death was her husband, Salvatore, three brothers, Frank, Dom and Tom Santalucia, and one sister Philamena Carbonaro.

Surviving are two daughters, Barbara Mastrosimone of Port St. Lucie, and Marilyn Schule of Palm Coast, five grandchildren, five great grandchildren and two sisters, Vincenza Matera and Anna Vascellero both of Palm Coast.

Arrangements are in the care and trust of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home.
