A Celebration of the Life of Nancy Goff, 80, of Ormond Beach, who passed  away on May 1, 2011, will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday May 5, 2011 in The Ormond Beach Chapel of Lohman Funeral Homes, 733 W. Granada Blvd. A Visitation will be held from 6-8 P.M. on Wednesday May 4, 2011 at Lohman Funeral Home Ormond. 

Nancy was born on July 26, 1930 in Lawrenceburg, KY to the late Harlan and Magdalene Gaines. She moved to this area in 1952 from her birthplace. 

She retired after 55 years in Advertising with the Daytona Beach News Journal where she was repeatedly recognized as one of their top salespeople. She enjoyed reading and traveling. She was a hard worker and dedicated her life to her greatest accomplishment, her son. 

She is survived by her son, Greg and son-in-law, T.J. McDonnell of Ormond Beach; sister-in-law, Tyree Gaines of KY; nephews, Gary (Mary Jane) Gaines and Larry (Jean) Gaines. She was preceded in death recently by her brother, Keith Gaines. 

Memorial Donations may be made in her memory to Vitas Innovative Hospice Care, 2381 Mason Avenue Suite #100, Daytona Beach, FL 32117.
