		      PALM COAST -- Gladstone Alexander  Goodin, 86, of Wellington Drive, an accountant for the United Nations  Development Program before his retirement, died Tuesday at home.
		      
		      Mr. Goodin was born in Grange  Hill, Westmoreland, Jamaica, and came here seven years ago from Laurelton, N.Y.  He was a member of St. Thomas Episcopal Church and the St. Andrews  Association. 
  
		      Survivors include his wife, Edna Lucille; a daughter, Beverly H. Bonaparte,  Fort Lee, N.J.; two sons, Richard C., Brooklyn, N.Y., and Brian L., New York  City; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
