Joaquim G. Gregorio passed away on Monday, June 29, 2009.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, Friday, July 3, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. Family will receive friends this evening from 6-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
He was born in Salir Do Porto, Portugal, November 16, 1922 to Joaquim and Maria Gregorio. He and his wife of 58 years, Laurinda moved to Palm Coast from Elizabeth, New Jersey in November of 2005. He was active at the Portugese American Cultural Center.
Predeceased by his wife he is survived by his devoted family; sons, Joaquim, Pompano Beach, Antonio of Elizabeth, New Jersey, and Arthur of Reva, Virginia; daughter, Laurinda, Palm Coast; grandchildren, David, Michelle, Christina, Melissa, Teresa, Tina and Arthur, Jr.; great-grandchildren, Megan, Sean, Liana, Brennan and Andreia; brother James; and sisters, Arlinda Silva, Maria Marques, Branca Dos Santos, Irene Louro and Aida Ribeiro.
Arrangements are under the careful direction of Lohman Funeral Home Palm Coast.
