Janet Revock Guidice



Funeral mass celebrating the life of Janet Mary Guidice, 72, Ormond Beach, who passed away Monday, Dec. 17, 2007, at the Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House, Palm Coast, will be held Friday, Dec. 21, at 1:30 p.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 89 St. Marys Place, Bunnell.

Her family will receive friends today (Thursday, December 20), from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home, 511 Old Kings Rd. S., Flagler Beach. Entombment will follow the mass at Flagler Palms Memorial Gardens, Flagler Beach.

Janet was born January 1, 1935, in Hillside, N.J., to the late Walter Revock and Eva (Willet) Chessick. She worked in data entry in the computer industry.

Janet moved to this area in 1981 coming from Hillside, N.J. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and the Italian American Club. Janet enjoyed bowling, gardening (orchids and violets) and spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter.

She is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, Carlo Guidice, Ormond Beach.

Additional survivors include her stepson and daughter-in-law, Anthony and Michelle Guidice, Hazlet, N.J.; her sister, Irene Caley, Ormond Beach; and her granddaughter, Michelle Nicole Guidice, Hazlet.

Janet was preceded in death by her son from her first marriage, Thomas Lanzafama.
