The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 2 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM in the chapel of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home, 511 Old Kings Road S. Flagler Beach.

Mrs. Gunn, a local resident since 1989 coming from Old Saybrook CT, passed away on Monday October 30, 2017 in Seaside Manor, Ormond Beach. She was born in Brooklyn NY, June 4, 1929 a daughter of the late Frank and Anna Cooney Burns.

A member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, she was active for many years in the Carmelite Society of the Church. She enjoyed knitting, playing bridge, reading and having a good time in life.

Preceding her in death was her husband, John Gunn.

She is survived by her children Lillian MacCull of NC, Eileen Gunn of MA, John Gunn and wife Mary Sue of TX, Timothy Gunn and wife Ann Marie of CT and George Gunn and his partner Tracey Greene of Flagler Beach, one brother Thomas F. Burns and his wife Glenda of OH, nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

The family suggests memorial contributions to the for Breast Cancer Research.

Arrangements are in the care and trust of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home.
