FLAGLER BEACH -- Donald Robert Hall, 71, of North Central Avenue, a retired medical building architect who designed the Hershey Medical Center, Hershey, Pa., died Monday in Medford, N.J. 

Mr. Hall, an Army-Air Corps veteran of World War II, was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and came here eight years ago from Richboro, Pa. He was a member of the United Methodist Church, Veterans of Foreign Wars and Elks Club, all of Palm Coast. 

Survivors include a daughter, Holly Greway, Marlton, N.J.; a brother, Horace, Florida; a sister, Anne Cady, Ithaca, N.Y.; and three grandchildren.
