Mildred R. Henderson, 86, of Palm Coast, died Saturday, November 15, 2014 at Shand’s Hospital in Gainesville. Mrs. Henderson was born August 7, 1928 in Chicago, Ill., a daughter of William and Ingrid Hansen Rosenvold.

She had worked as a loan officer in the banking business for several years. Mrs. Henderson had moved to Palm Coast in 1999. She was Baptist by faith, and enjoyed dancing, knitting, macramé, and her dogs.

Her husband, Kenneth Y. Henderson, died April 15, 2003.

She is survived by four sons, Shane Stubblefield of Kerrville TX., Scott (Sandy) Stubblefield of Loxahatchee, FL., Jeffrey (Terri Perruccio-LaGraw) of Boynton Beach, FL., and Brian (Amy) Stubblefield of Palm Coast Fl; daughter-in-law, Vickie Stubblefield of Vero Beach, FL., eight grandchildren, Paul, Travis, Kletus, Kassidy, Crystal, Brianne, Aleisha, and Tiffany, and numerous great-grand-children.

Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Darrin W. Stubblefield, and a brother, William Rosenvold.

A graveside service will be held Friday, November 21, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the Flagler Palms Memorial Gardens, 511 Old Kings Road in Flagler Beach.

Arrangements are in the care and trust of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home.
