Mrs. Laura Henry, 80, passed away at the home of her niece, Mrs. Caroline Barditzky, Saturday, September 24th about 7 A. M. after a lengthy illness. Mrs. Henry came here about ten years ago to make her home with her late sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Rogers, after the death of her husband Mr. William Henry in Philadelphia, Penn. She was born in Atlantic City, N. J. the daughter of Samuel and Josephine Hackett Reeves. Her sister, Mrs. Cora Rogers, passed away last May.
Graveside Services were conducted in Hope Cemetery on Monday afternoon at 2 P. M. by The Rev. Alton Stephens, pastor of the First Baptist Church. Garcia Funeral Home of St. Augustine was in charge.
Survivors in addition to Mr. and Mrs. Henry Barditzky and their daughter Penny are five sisters; Mrs. Olive Hambilton, Mrs. Vernon Davis, and Mts. Victor Jagmetty also of Northfield, N. J.; Mrs. Henrietta Hutchinson of Ithaca, N. Y. and Mrs. Eugene Lake of Stroudsburg, Penn.
