BUNNELL - Naomi Deen Hoffman, 57, South Stone Street, a retired bookkeeper, died Thursday at Meadowbrook Manor Nursing Home, after a long illness.

Mrs. Hoffman, a member of one of the pioneer families of Flagler County, was born in Bunnell, and came back to Bunnell three months ago from Merritt Island.

Survivors include two sons, Larry Wayne, Cocoa, and James Earl, Merritt Island; two brothers, Stanley Deen, Bunnell, and James Emmitt Deen Jr., Flagler Beach; and sister, Mary Frances Deen, Bunnell.

Craig, Palm Coast, is in charge.

Grave side funeral service for Naomi Deen Hoffman, 57, South Stone Street, Bunnell, who died Thursday (21 Mar 1991) morning at Meadowbrook Manor Nursing Home, Bunnell, will be 12 noon Saturday at Flagler Palms Memorial Gardens with the Rev Don Coughenour officiating. There will be no public calling hours.

Mrs. Hoffman was a member of one of the pioneer families of Flagler County. She was born and raised in Bunnell and moved back to the area three months ago from Merritt Island.  She retired as a bookkeeper and was a member of the Methodist faith.

She is survived by two sons, Larry Wayne Hoffman, Cocoa, FL and James Earl Hoffman, Merritt Island; one sister, Mary Frances Deen, Bunnell, and two brothers, Stanley Deen, Bunnell, and James Emmett Deen, Jr., Flagler Beach.

Craig Funeral Home, South Old Kings Road, Palm Coast, is in charge of arrangements.
