PALM COAST - Carol Ann Hurley, 49, of Woodhollow Lane, a medical receptionist for Doctor's Care of Palm Coast, died Tuesday at Florida Hospital Flagler.

Mrs. Hurley moved to this area in 1995 from her native Buffalo, N.Y. She was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church.

Survivors include her husband of 28 years, Richard; five daughters, Joelle Nicole and Jeanine Nicole Hurley, both of Palm Coast, and Jill Ann, Jenna Lynn and Joanna Marie Hurley, all of Jacksonville; her parents, Casper and Cannella LoBuglio, and two brothers, Jack and Joseph LoBuglio, all of Tonawanda, N.Y.; two sisters, Roseann O'Mara, Amherst, N.Y., and Barbara Plewniak, North Tonawanda, N.Y.
