Mr. Clyde C. Hurt, 82, of Flagler Beach, Fla., formerly of Charlotte, died March 7, 1986, in Ormond Memorial Hospital in Ormond Beach, Florida, Funeral is noon Monday at Flagler Palms Memorial Gardens Chapel cemetery, Flagler Beach. Craig Funeral Home of Flagler Beach is in charge. 

Mr. Hunt was a retired attorney for the U.S. Treasury Department. He lived in Charlotte until 1977 and was a member of Phalanz Lodge No. 31. He was a 32nd degree Mason, a member of Sudan Temple in New Bern and Flagler County Shrine Club. A Fort Payne, Ala., native, he was a member of Ormond Beach First United Methodist Church. 

Survivors are his wife, Eleanor, of Flagler Beach; son Clayton Hurt of Baltimore; daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Turlington of Cocoa Beach, Fla.; brothers, George Hurt of Birmingham, Ala., Brown Hurt of Fort Payne; sisters, Mrs. Lillian Hurt of Chattanooga, Tenn., Miss Jean Hurt of Washington; four grandchildren
