PALM COAST - Mavis Maud Jacobs, 92, of Poinciana Lane, a resident since 2002, died Tuesday at Flagler Pines Nursing Home, Bunnell. 

Mrs. Jacobs, a homemaker, was born in Jamaica, and moved to this area from Queens Village, N.Y. She was a member of Shepherd of the Coast Lutheran Church. She enjoyed reading and studying the Bible. 

Survivors include a son, Leslie, Jacksonville; two daughters, Elma Chung, Palm Coast, and Cynthia Bowen, Cambria Heights, N.Y.; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
