PALM COAST -- Beverly Ann Kanost, 64, of Biddle Lane, who was born in Indianapolis, died Sunday at home. 

Mrs. Kanost, a homemaker, moved here in 1996 from St. Augustine. She enjoyed gardening, ceramics, sewing and cooking. 

Survivors include her husband of 39 years, Alan; two sons, Robert Alman, Knoxville, Tenn., and Wesley Kanost, Jacksonville; two daughters, Joyce Brasher, Knoxville, and Karen Collins, Bunnell; a brother, Carlisle Miles, Indianapolis; four sisters, Marilyn Benge, Spencer, Ind., Linda Bertram and Cheryl Hovius, both of Avon, Ind., and Lana Wigal, Martinsville, Ind.; and 11 grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to the Salvation Army, 1555 LPGA Blvd., Daytona Beach, FL 32117.
