FLAGLER BEACH - Rose Kaplan, 98, of North Daytona Avenue, a retired secretary, died Monday at home. 

Mrs. Kaplan was born in New York City and moved to this area 13 years ago from the Bronx. She was a member of the Sisterhood of Temple Beth Shalom and Hadassah. Mrs. Kaplan enjoyed reading, painting and sewing. 

Survivors include a son, Stephen, Flagler Beach. Memorial donations may be made to Temple Beth Shalom, 40 Wellington Drive, Palm Coast, FL 32164.
