PALM COAST -- Daisy Viola Kerr, 77, of Braddock Lane, a retired nurse's assistant for New York University Medical Center, died Saturday at home. 

Born in Jamaica, West Indies, Mrs. Kerr came here in 1992 from Manhattan, N.Y. She was a member of United Evangelical Missionary Outreach. 

Survivors include two sisters, Inez Foster, Jamaica, and Olive Kerr, the Bronx, N.Y.; and a niece, Patricia Matthews, Palm Coast, who provided for her care.
