Isla Fuquay Kester, 69 1744 S. Highway A1A, Flagler Beach, a life-long resident here and organizer of the first Flagler Beach Library, died Sunday at home after a long illness.

Mrs. Kester was born in Daytona Beach and was past president of the Flagler Woman’s Club and a member of the United Methodist Church, Flagler Beach.

Survivors include a sister, Marguerite Masie, Flagler Beach.
