William Henry King, 92, Black Point, died January 1, 1968 at Gilmore's Nursing Home, St. Augustine, after a lengthy illness.

Mr. King was born in Owen County, Ky. and moved to Florida from New Jersey in 1926, residing three years in Palatka. In 1929 he moved to Flagler County. He was a member of Seventh Day Adventist Church. He is a retired contractor and builder.

Survivors are his wife, Clara B. King, Bunnell; two daughters, Mrs. Eleanor Matherly, Bunnell and. Mrs. Irene K. Lucht, Decatur, Ill.; one sister, Mrs. Alice Brokaw, Cincinnati.

Graveside service will be held today at 2:30 p.m. at Hope Cemetery with Rev. Charles Anders officiating.

Pallbearers are George M. Moody, Levi Brannam, Gordon Shields, W. L. Wadsworth, Clyde Lewis and Thomas Reese.

Craig Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
