PALM COAST -- Erla Iona Kippins, 74, of Fischer Lane, who was born in Barbados, died Monday at home.

Mrs. Kippins, a homemaker, moved here in 1989 from Brooklyn, N.Y. She was a member of St. Thomas Episcopal Church, the Afro-American Caribbean Heritage Organization, Episcopal Church Women, Helping Hands and Craft Angels. 

Survivors include a son, Anderson McKenzie, Westbury, N.Y.; a daughter, Miche Le Kippins, Palm Coast; a brother, Winston McKenzie, and two sisters, Judy Carson and Anita Richards, all of the United Kingdom; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
