The family will be receiving guests on Thursday August 18, 2011 from 2 -4 P.M. and from 6 -8 P.M., and on Friday August 19, 2011 from 9:30 - 1030 A.M. in the Memorial Room at the Church.

Rita was born in Cleveland and moved to Palm Coast 22 years ago and was the former owner of Florida Home Health Care. She was also a member of the Knights of Columbus, The Moose Lodge, and People Needing People. Rita was also an artist and spent most of her life caring for other people.

Rita is survived by her five children Kevin, Timothy, Colleen, Noreen, and Maureen. And two step children Monica and Julie Klein. Grandmother of 13; Patrick, Timothy, Wayne, Owen, Reed, James, Rita, Anthony, Stefanie, Brady, Casey, Kelly, and Randy. Sister of Cynthia (Zultowski), Douglas, Burton, Gerald and the late Robert VanBuskirk. Rita is the widow of James H. Flanigan and Louis V. Klein. The daughter of the late Frances Musarra (Habart) and the late Robert VanBuskirk, and loving stepdaughter of Sam Musarra. Aunt, cousin, and friend to many.

Internment will be immediately following the mass at Flagler Palms Memorial Park Donations may be made in Rita's name to, Odyssey Health Care Daytona, 148 South Ridgewood Avenue Suite 400 Daytona Beach, FL 32114.

The family of Mrs. Flanigan entrusted the arrangements to Clymer Funeral Home & Cremations.
