Funeral service for Michael H. Kroovand, 62, Palm Coast, will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 24, in the chapel of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home, 511 Old Kings Road S., Flagler Beach, with Martin Schulberg officiating. Burial will follow in Flagler Palms Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends in the chapel from 12:30 p.m. until service time.
Mr. Kroovand, a resident of Palm Coast for the past 18 years, died Sunday, Jan. 21, 2007, at Florida Hospital Flagler, Palm Coast. He was born Feb. 2, 1944, in Quincy, Mass., to the late Carl and Edith Knopf Kroovand.
He was retired as owner of Michael H. Kroovand Swimming Pool Service Company of Palm Coast, and a member of the Palm Coast Gun Club.
Surviving are his wife of 39 years, Judy; two daughters, Tracy Buglione and her husband, Steven, Palm Coast, and Tara Annunziata and her husband, Guy, Hilton Head, S.C.; sister, Beverly Kaplan, Deerfield Beach; and four grandchildren, Alexis and Ashley Buglione and Guy and Emma Annunziata.
Memorial contributions are suggested to a charity of choice.
Arrangements are in the care and trust of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home.
