PALM COAST - Mikhail Kutsyshin, 40, of Palm Coast, a real estate broker and owner and operator of Accord Realty for seven years, died Monday at Kindred Hospital, Green Cove Springs.
Mr. Kutsyshin was born in Kiev, Ukraine, and moved to this area in 1994 from New York City.
He was a member of the Flagler County Chamber of Commerce. He was a people person and enjoyed work.
Survivors include his wife of 15 years, Tatyana; two daughters, Marina and Jessica Kutsyshin, both of Palm Coast; and his parents, Semen and Genriyeta Kutsyshin.
Lohman Palm Coast is in charge.

Funeral service for Mikhail Kutsyshin, 40, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday January 25, 2006, at the graveside in Flagler Palm Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. at Lohman Funeral Home Palm Coast.
Mikhail was born in Kiev, Ukraine, on August 23, 1965, to Semen & Genriyeta (Goroshina) Kutsyshin. He came to the U.S. in June of 1994 and moved to Palm Coast from New York later that year. Mikhail was a real estate broker, and owned his own firm, Accord Realty, Palm Coast, and he was a member of the Flagler County Chamber of Commerce. Mikhail was a loving father and husband and will also be remembered as a people person and hard worker.
Left to cherish his memories are, his beloved wife of 15 years, Tatyana (Tkach) Kutsyshin; loving daughters, Marina & Jessica Kutsyshin; his parents; many cousins and his many friends.
