PALM COAST -- Joseph Thomas Leto, 78, of Lake Forest Court, who founded Ringwood (N.J.) TV and Cable Co., died Friday at Florida Hospital-Flagler. 

Mr. Leto, a Coast Guard veteran of World War II, was born in New York City. He came here in 1976 from Ringwood. He was a member of Santa Maria del Mar Catholic Church, Flagler Beach, the Italian American Social Club, Social Singles Club and Disabled American Veterans. He was a past president of the Ringwood Rotary Club. He enjoyed dancing and playing cards. 

Survivors include four sons, Thomas and Richard, both of Flagler Beach, Joseph, Hewitt, N.J., and Robert, Wanaque, N.J.; two daughters, Teresa Chandler, Bunnell, and Jo Ann Will, Hopatcong, N.J.; a brother, William, Holly Hill; 15 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
