FLAGLER BEACH -- Phyllis Catherine Maggio, 83, of Osprey Lane, a retired cafeteria manager for the Montgomery County (Md.) School System, died Sunday at Flagler Pines, Bunnell. 

Mrs. Maggio was born in Washington, D.C., and moved to this area in 1999 from Waldorf, Md. 

Survivors include two sons, Vincent Boswell, Waldorf, and Joseph Boswell Jr., Illinois; two daughters, JoAnn Lewis, Flagler Beach, and Marie Theis, Hawaii; a brother, Don Bredice, and a sister, Lena Neam, Bethesda, Md.; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
