Phillip J Malacky died Aug. 21st, two days after his 72nd Birthday, in the arms of his loving daughter, Denise and son-in-law, Dave Santa Maria.
Phillip recently relocated to Florida from Ohio, to be in the care of his family. He was the proud grandfather of Raven & David Santa Maria.
He leaves his brothers: John (deceased) & Lucy, MS, Michael & Pat of Fort Walton Beach, and Jerry & Karen of Colorado, and many loving family and friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Aug. 28th at 2pm at Santa Maria del Mar Catholic Church, Flagler Beach and Family will receive guests in their home following the Mass. Internment Craig Flagler Palms, Flagler Beach, FL.
