Funeral services celebrating the life of Deborah L. McCabe, 58, of Palm Coast, will be held on Friday, September 28, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Community Memorial Church, 915 S. Daytona Ave., Flagler Beach with Pastor Bill Elias officiating. Burial will follow in Flagler Palms Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends today (Thursday) from 4:00 to 8:00 PM in the chapel of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home, 511 Old Kings Road S., Flagler Beach.
Ms. McCabe, a resident of Palm Coast since 1998 coming from Buffalo NY, passed away on Tuesday, September 25, 2012 at the Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House. She was born in Buffalo on November 14, 1953 a daughter of the late Charles and Bernice Clark McCabe. A secretary at Flagler Palm Coast High School, Ms. McCabe was a member of Community Memorial Church and the Chrome Divas Motorcycle Club. She enjoyed making jewelry, riding motorcycles, was a beautiful mother, grandmother and sister loving her family time especially with her grandchildren. She lived life to the fullest and has a sustaining strong faith in Jesus.
Surviving are her daughters Jill Fitzgerald and Megan Krakowski; her son, Matthew Krakowski; her grandchildren, Mikiya, Nolan and Willow; her sisters, Sharon, Bea, Marilyn, Margy, Kathy, and Maida; her brothers, Thomas, Jimmy, Joe and Matt. Preceding her in death were her sisters Sue and Sally and her brothers, Frank, Mike and Chuck.
The family suggests contributions in memory of Deborah McCabe be made to Community Memorial Church, 915 S. Daytona Ave., Flagler Beach.
Arrangements are in the care and trust of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home.
