A Memorial Service Celebrating the life of Jack L. Meadows, 80, of Palm Coast, who passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 2009 at his home, will be Friday, August 28, 2009 at 6:30 P.M. in the chapel at Clymer Funeral Home.

Jack moved to this area in 1959 from West Virginia. He served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. He was a retired, self Employed Health and Safety Consultant for Heavy Equipment.

Jack is survived by his wife of 58 years, JoAnn; son's, Jack Andrew Meadows and Dennis Tracy Meadows, both of Palm Coast.

The family of Mr. Meadows entrusted the arrangements to Clymer Funeral Home & Cremations.
