FORT PAYNE, Ala. -- Elizabeth Ann "Betty" Miller, 70, of Fort Payne, a former resident of Flagler Beach, died Thursday at home.
Mrs. Miller was born in Starke. She retired as a clerk for the Flagler County Circuit Court Traffic Division. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Flagler Beach.
Survivors include her husband of 19 years, Thomas; four sons, Rod Ostgard, Scottsmoor, and Tom, Mike, and Randy Ostgard, all of Fort Payne; a daughter, Elizabeth Casaido, Sarasota; a stepson, David Miller, Bunnell; two daughters, Rosie Pezzel, Big Pine Key, and Johnnie Reddit, Mississippi; a brother, George Powell, Oregon; two sisters, Ruth Miller, Colorado, and Mary Woodburn, Augusta, Ga.; nine grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
