Frederick "Fred" Mittel, Sr., 70, of Palm Coast, passed away, Sunday, July 3, 2011 in Halifax Care Center, Port Orange, FL. Fred moved to Palm Coast from Davie, FL. He enjoyed baseball, football, horse racing, but most off all his grandchildren and family.

Fred is survived by his wife JerriLynn; sons, Frederick Mittel, Jr. and Patrick Mittel of Palm Coast; 11 brothers and sisters and grandchildren, Frederick III and Samantha.

Friends may call on Thursday, July 7, 2011, from 2:00 until service time at Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home. Funeral Services will take place 3:00PM following the visitation at the funeral home with entombment to follow at Flagler Palms Memorial Gardens.
