Mrs. Charlotte D. Oatway, 65, of 55 Fischer Lane, Palm Coast, died Oct. 23 in Halifax Hospital.
Born in Augusta, Maine, she lived in Palm Coast two years, moving to Florida from Manchester, Conn.

Survivors include her widower, Hubert; a daughter, Mrs. William Wolcott of Flagler Beach; three sons, Richard G. of Flagler Beach and Peter and Bruce; a brother, William Dunsmore; a sister, Mrs. Gertrude McDonald, and five grandchildren.
