OATWAY - Hubert I. Oatway, 81, of Palm Coast, FL, died Saturday (Sept. 21, 1996) at Memorial Hospital-Flagler. Mr. Oatway was born in Augusta, ME and moved to Flagler County in 1978 from Manchester. 

He retired after 30 years of service as an X-ray Technician from Pratt-Whitney Aircraft. Mr. Oatway was a member of the American Deep Sea Fishing Club, Groton. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening and woodworking. 

Survivors include three sons, Peter Oatway of New Sharon, ME, Bruce Oatway of Manchester and Richard Oatway of Flagler Beach, FL; a daughter, Gail Wolcott of Flagler Beach, FL; two sisters, Betty Colfer of Dunedin, FL and Amy McNaughton of Vassalboro, ME; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. 

Memorial donations can be made to the American Cancer Society, Flagler County Unit, P.O. Box 356, Bunnell, FL 32110-0356. 

Memorial service for Hubert Oatway, will be 2 p.m., Wednesday at Craig Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Don Coughenour officiating. Interment will be in Flagler Palms Memorial Gardens, Palm Coast, FL.
