FLAGLER BEACH -- Bruce Wilbur Oswald, 70, of Audubon Lane, a resident since 2000, died Saturday at home.

Mr. Oswald, a construction manager and supervisor for housing projects in New York and Maryland, was born in North Tonawanda, N.Y: He moved to this area from Frederick, Md. He enjoyed sports and sailing.

Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Dorothy; two sons, Bruce and Kurt, both of Flagler Beach; two brothers, Niel, Rochester, N.Y., and Alan, Parkville, Mo.; a sister, Sheila Drake, Amherst, N.Y.; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
