Charles "Charlie" J. Ottley, 87, of Palm Coast, passed away on June 20, 2012.
A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, June 27, 2012, 10:30 AM at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. Burial to follow at Flagler Palms Memorial Gardens.
Friends may visit on Tuesday, June 26, from 6:00-8:00PM in the chapel of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home, Flagler Beach.

Charlie passed away on June 20, 2012 at Florida Hospital Flagler. He was born on January 15, 1925 in Trinidad, West Indies. After his retirement from American Airlines as a hydro electrical mechanic he and his wife moved to the Palm Coast area in 1990 from Queens, NY. He worked for Ken at the Exxon Service Station that was located on Old Kings Road and Palm Coast Parkway. His memberships included St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus. Charlie was known as “Mr. Fix It” and enjoyed tinkering around and helping anyone he could. He will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
Charlie was preceded in death by his children, Carl Webb and Edgill Holder.
Survivors include his loving wife of 48 years Ruth “Ruthie”; children, Eugene W. Williams of Hattiesburg, Mississippi; Pamela and her husband Errol George of Brooklyn, NY; 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Services are in the care and trust of Craig Flagler Palms Funeral Home.
