Vincent M. Pace 

Vincent M. Pace, age 93 of Palm Coast, passed away July 20, 2014 at Florida Hospital Hospice. Born in Bronx, New York City he earned a Bachelor's of Science degree at Fordham University and continued on to St. Johns University.  

Vincent served in the U.S. Navy right after Pearl Harbor and spent his four years aboard a submarine, the USS, Crevalle.  

He retired as the Circulation/ Subscription Fulfilment Director for Newsweek Magazine where he worked for 25 years. In 1984 he formed Palm Coast Data, with two operating partners from Newsweek. There he served as the National Subscription Fulfillment Director for 10 years.  

Vincent was involved in many community service organizations including being an active member of the Flagler County Chamber of Commerce. He was a Rotarian, and was a Paul Harris Fellow. He served on the Board of Arc Angels, volunteer at Flagler Hospital and a member of the Kentucky Colonels, VFW and the Elks of Palm Coast. Vincent enjoyed gardening; sailing and had a knack for fixing anything he thought needed fixing. He had a true zest for life.  

Vincent was predeceased by his wife, Marie Dwyer. They had two children, Suesan Pace, an Attorney in Minnesota, and Tim (Joe) Pace an Medical Doctor and Ph.D., of Washington, DC., a cousin, Peter (Rose) Rezzoal of Allentown, PA.  

Left to cherish his memory, his loving wife, Evelyn Vaughn Pace. He will be greatly missed.
