RoseMarie Passero
September 20, 1934 - March 27, 2022



On Sunday March 27, 2022, RoseMarie Passero of Palm Coast, Florida, formerly of Conger, NY, passed away peacefully at the age of 87 years old.  She was born in September of 1934 to Joseph and Leocadia Sofsian in Brooklyn, NY.

RoseMarie was known as “Cookie” to all her family and friends.  She was a beloved mother, wife, and devoted friend.  RoseMarie was a member of the Elks Club Ladies Auxiliary in Haverstraw, NY and Palm Coast, FL. She loved arts and crafts and everyone she knew had received one or more as her gift for their home.

RoseMarie is predeceased by her husband, Charles F. Passero, whom she loved with all her heart; sister-in-law, Janice; and brother-in-law, Donald.

She is survived by her son, Victor Passero, wife Donna; three daughters, LeeAnn Passero, Linda Clancy, husband John, and Debbie Passero; who she gave her life to, as a stay-at-home mom. Four grandchildren, Victor Jr., wife Tracy; Anthony, wife Laura; Jennifer Passero, and Joseph Clancy, who she adored; five great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Corrine, Olivia, Fernice, and Carol; brother-in-law, John; many nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.  RoseMarie was an only child but considered her in-laws as her family.

A Celebration of RoseMarie’s Life will be held in New York at a later date.
