Alexandre D. "Pete" Pedro, 77, of Palm Coast, passed away June 10, 2017 at the Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House.

He leaves his wife of 50 years, Arminda (Rodrigo) Pedro, two sons, Steven and his wife Amanda of West Springfield, MA and Michael and his wife Janine of Westfield, MA, as well as 6 grandchildren- Joshua, Alex, Emma, Sophia, Isabella, and Tomas, a brother Fernando Pedro, and sisters, Maria Pedro and Isabel Delgado.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Jose Rebelo, and Avelino Duarte. Mr. Pedro was born in Alcobaca, Portugal to Antonio and Bernardina Rebelo Pedro. He came to the United States in 1966 after serving in the Portuguese Army in Angola and then marrying Arminda. They raised their family in Massachusetts where he worked in the construction business. He retired as a mason from Mountain View Landscaping in Chicopee, MA in 2010. He was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, as well as the Portuguese American Cultural Center.

Family and friends will be received Saturday, June 24, 2017 from 11:00 – 12:00 PM at CraigFlagler Palms Funeral Home, 511 Old Kings Road South in Flagler Beach, where a funeral service will take place at 12:00 PM. Entombment will follow at Flagler Memorial Gardens.
