Proscia, 84, of Palm Coast, will be held on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at 11:00 AM in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 4600 Belle Terre Parkway, with his grandson, Father Richard Pagano, as the principal celebrant.  Entombment will follow in Flagler Palms Memorial Gardens with the US Navy Honor Guard rendering military honors.

The family will receive friends on Monday, July 25, 2016 from 3:00 to 7:00 PM in the chapel of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home, 511 Old Kings Road S. Flagler Beach.

There will be a wake service on Monday at 6:30 PM at the Funeral Home.

Mr. Proscia, a resident of Palm Coast since 1989 coming from Orangeburg, NY, passed away on Thursday, July 21, 2016 at the Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House. He was born on February 14, 1932 in New York City NY a son of the late Peter and Rose (Antonelli) Proscia.

He was veteran of service in the US Navy during the Korean Conflict. Frank retired after 20 year career with the Sanitation Department of New York City. He was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church.

Preceding him in death was a daughter, Ann.

A devoted husband, father and grandfather, Frank is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Ellen (Maher) Proscia, four daughters, Ellen Morgan and her husband Jack of Palm Coast, Rose Pisco and her husband Nickey of Vernon, NJ, Anne Tyszczenko of Asheboro, NC and Kathy Proscia-MacFadden and her husband Rick of Monroe, NY, two sons, Frank Proscia Jr. and his wife Mae of Yonkers, NY and Peter Proscia and his wife Linda of Yorktown Heights, NY, sixteen grandchildren, four great grandchildren and his sister, Mary Grosskopf of Levittown, NY.

Arrangements are in the care and trust of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home.
