PALM COAST - Estelle Ragsdale, 96, of Belleaire Drive, a retired milliner in Manhattan, N.Y., died Wednesday at Flagler Pines Nursing Center, Bunnell. 

Ms. Ragsdale was born in Memphis, Tenn., and moved here in 1993 from Queens, N.Y. She was a member of Amity Baptist Church, Queens. She enjoyed church activities. 

Survivors include a daughter, Helen Mazes, Palm Coast; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Craig-Flagler Palms, Flagler Beach, is in charge.
