BUNNELL -- Douglas Redner, 79, of Clove Avenue, a self-employed heavy equipment operator, died Sunday at home. 

Mr. Redner, an Army Air Forces veteran of World War II, came here in 1985 from his native Ringwood, N.J. 

Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Marjorie; two sons, Douglas Jr., South Daytona, and Leonard Combs, Bunnell; a daughter, Lillian Stefancik, Bunnell; and three grandchildren.

Coastal Cremation, Palm Coast, is in charge.
