Rice-Davis of Palm Coast will be held on Thursday, March 18 at 2:00 PM in Santa Maria del Mar Catholic Church, 915 N. Central Ave. Flagler Beach FL. Entombment will follow in Flagler Palms Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 17 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM in the chapel of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home, 511 Old Kings Road S. Flagler Beach. There will be a prayer service at 7:00 PM Wednesday in the Funeral Home Chapel.

Mrs. Rice-Davis, a resident of Palm Coast since 1991 coming from Lake Hopatcong, NJ, passed away on Friday, March 12, 2010 in Florida Hospital Ormond Memorial Medical Center, Daytona Beach. She was born in Jersey City, NJ a daughter of the late Anthony and Matilda McDonald Metzger.

A retired bank vice-president, Mrs. Rice-Davis was a member of Santa Maria del Mar Catholic Church, the Italian-American Club, the Knights of Columbus, The VFW Auxiliary, and the Portuguese American Club all in Palm Coast, and the Moose Lodge of Ormond Beach. She loved dancing, cruising, traveling, shopping and fashion.

Surviving are her companion and fiancée of 10 years, Leonard Dobis; two daughters, Lana K. Romeo of Hawley, PA and Cherylynn Clark of Palm Coast; five grandchildren, Michael John Romeo, Raymond Romeo, Tara K. Clark, Brandon Clark, and Anthony Romeo.
